The raw materials from Sr. No. 1 to 13 are
coarsely powdered and converted into Kalka
(herbal paste).
Tila Taila (Sesame oil) is heated, and the
prepared Kalka is added along with four
times water and Aloe Vera juice (Sr. No. 14). The classical Taila Pak method is
followed until proper oil preparation is achieved.
After completion, the oil is filtered. Coconut
oil, Erand Taila, and Almond oil (Sr. No. 15–17) are added along with the
preservative. The mixture is thoroughly blended, filtered again, and packed.
